Simple Donation System
Everyone could possibly save the track. We need someone to set up a fundraising account, to collect donations from fans. Then everyone that has been to a Pennsboro race or has ever wanted to attend a race there, needs to donate at least a pit pass price minimum donation. Maybe enough money could be generated to remodel the grounds.
