Bubba's latest WVMS report

Was down by the big race track today (Friday) and although my vision was somewhat obstructed by the state police lights and sireens it looks like some progress is being made on the new 3/8 miles track. Now if they can git a top layer of blacktop on before winter and let it lay should be ready to run on by next spring.
