Jackson County Kartway

Jackson County Kartway, the karting division of McCown’s Jackson County Speedway, will officially open for business this Saturday June 30th. The Jackson County Kartway will have 14 classes of exciting kart action, all karts will run on the ¼ mile track. All Access admission for the Kartway will be $7, with kart entry fee of $15. All Kart classes will have a payout, with $10 of the entry fee going towards the payout and paying one position for every three karts signed in. Gates will open at 430pm with Hot Laps starting at 7pm. www.jacksoncospeedway.com will be updated with kart information by Monday evening. Jackson County Kartway is located at McCown’s Jackson Speedway, 1245 Roberts Road Jackson, Ohio 45640.

Rookie – WKA Flathead Purple, 250lbs., Ages 6-11
Youth 1 EMOD – Clone with ARC Purple Plate, 250lbs., Ages 6-11
Youth 2 EMOD – Unrestricted EMOD, 300lbs., Ages 12-15
Junior Gold – WKA Flathead Gold, 300lbs., Ages 12-15
Mini Wedge – 320lbs.
Medium – WKA Flathead Stock, 350lbs., 15+
EMOD Clone Light – 325lbs., 15+
EMOD Clone Medium – 350lbs., 15+
EMOD Clone Heavy – 375lbs., 15+
EMOD Clone Super Heavy – 400lbs., 15+
Box Stock Junior Clone – 300lbs., Under 15
Box Stock Clone – 350lbs., 15+
Box Stock Super Heavy – 400lbs., 15+
Open Outlaw – No Shifter Karts, 350lbs., 15+

EMOD rules will be the same as local speedways (Ohio Valley, Thunder Valley, VC Raceway and 2 Brothers). Official rules will be posted with the updating of the website.
