MIDWAY CANCELLS FOR TONIGHT 7/14

Due to the rain in the area and the bad forcast for the rest of the night , Midway Speedway has decided to cancel the races for tonight . We will also be closed next week due to the Perry County Fair and will be back in action on Saturday night JULY 28TH .... Until July 28th -- Good Luck to you all ...

i for one don't know why people are saying there done. when every weekend all we have seen is pure raw racing at midway. to mean that is no where to being done so put your forks away. i for one is looking forward to the 28th good luck drivers

Well, so much for watching the weather radar and skys all day. Guess I'm not a weatherman either. I'll take that off my resume'. BUT, I didn't lose my ass over the weather like last week. So, you win some and you lose some and the track lives to fight another day.
We'll take a much needed break till the 28th. We will Honor the Perry Co. fair and the families who support the 4-H clubs and farming communities on the 21st. and come back better than before.
Although it'll be tough to top the racing action we've had here. Just to remind you we've had over 50 different late models and over 60 Modifieds of Both sanctions mind you AND 3&4 wide racing not a 1 lane dustbowl and been done By 12:30. Ask anyone who's been here! Yes, I'm damn proud of it!!! So stick your fork elsewhere. Better yet bring it down here on the 28th and use it in our nachos Yum!....oh wait..I hear thunder!! See ya on the 28th!

Way to go! You should be proud. Midway has always been a great racey track. Could "always see the cars". It is a shame now that Muskingum, well, good luck Midway and Phil. With the radar looking the way it did, I think you made a good call. It is hard to open a track and expect greatness right off the bat. Keep up the good work!

If your refering to musky when u say one lane dust bowl, all I have to say is atleast they pay there employees every week and I've never seen Ronnie and Brenda get in a fist fight.
