FREMONT, Ohio (Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012) - With only the feature events remaining - the 305 sprints had completed 2 laps of their main -severe weather struck Fremont Fremont forcing the cancellation of the rest of the nights racing.

With two laps recorded in the Fremont Federal Credit Union 305 Sprint feature, wind gusts up to 50 mph struck with heavy lightning. That was soon followed by heavy rains.

There will be double features for all four divisions - the Fort Ball Pizza Palace 410 Sprints; 305 sprints; Fremont Fence Dirt Trucks and the Surf'n Sweepstakes Sports Compacts -at dates yet to be determined.
