Steel blocks / Crates at the Legendary Hilltop Speedway!!
Well guys you asked for a chance so here you go ! This Friday night All Steel Blocks and Crate Late models are welcome, with a small twist !! Guys we want you to think of this as a test and tune for your class. Here is the twist. you enter the pits at the general admission price, We have in our hands $400. Now at the track following the drivers meeting we will have a vote, you all can have the $400 devided between all of the cars as a way to recoupe some of your costs, OR....... We will have a 15 lap "SHOOTOUT" winner take all !! Pill draw will determin the starting lineup

Forgot to mention, we WILL run the steel block / crate late models in a Reg. show Friday Aug. 17th. $400 to win $75 to start With hopes that car counts let us continue running your class.. Thanks guys !

Sounds great... Couple of questions to clear things up though. Are we allowed to have aluminum heads on our non crate engine? And also is it a open tire rule?

Half twisted..... The answer is yes and yes... Steel block, any heads must weigh 2350, Crate cars will be 2300. Open tire rule.. THANKS !!
